We’ve spent more than a year having these conversations through headphones on our podcast (plus nearly 30 years combined in schools). There’s something powerful about all those conversations.
But there’s something different, and we think better, about being in a room with other parents who are wrestling with the same questions you are.
So we’re bringing More Than a Score to life, in person.
What a More Than a Score event actually feels like
Picture the best dinner conversation you’ve ever been part of. The kind where someone says something true and the whole table goes quiet for a second.
That’s what we’re building. Not a lecture. Not a panel of experts talking down at you... A genuine conversation, hosted by us, with people whose stories and insights will stay with you long after you’ve gone home.
We keep these events small on purpose.
Enough people for warmth and energy, few enough that every voice gets room to breathe. You’ll connect with others going through similar experiences and leave with something real: not a checklist, but a shift in how you see pathways, options - for your young person or yourself.
